This Cookie Policy explains how Onkura Inc, doing business as Parity (“Parity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit parity.work or use the Parity platform. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes more broadly how we collect and use your information.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the website to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — across page loads and sessions. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which we use in the platform to preserve in-progress work across page navigation.
2. Cookies We Use
We use a small number of cookies. The table below describes each one.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or cookies that track you across third-party websites. We do not sell your cookie data to ad networks or data brokers.
3. Essential vs. Analytics Cookies
Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. Without them, you cannot sign in or use authenticated features. These cookies cannot be disabled without signing you out of the Service.
Analytics cookies (PostHog) are non-essential. They help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it — for example, which flows are most commonly run, where users encounter friction, and whether new features are being adopted. PostHog processes this data on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes. You can opt out of analytics cookies without losing access to the Service (see Section 5).
4. Third-Party Cookies
PostHog sets analytics cookies on our behalf when you use the Service. PostHog is a product analytics provider based in the United States. Data collected by PostHog cookies is processed under our agreement with PostHog and is used solely for product analytics. You can review PostHog’s data practices at posthog.com/privacy.
If you sign in using Google OAuth, Google may set cookies as part of the authentication flow. These are governed by Google’s own cookie and privacy policies. We do not control Google’s cookies.
5. Managing Cookies
Browser settings:You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser’s settings. Blocking or deleting essential cookies will sign you out of the Service and may prevent some features from working. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the platform.
Opt out of analytics: To opt out of PostHog analytics tracking entirely, contact us at support@parity.work. We will configure your account to exclude your activity from analytics collection.
Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals, as there is no uniform industry standard for how services should interpret them. To opt out of analytics, use the method described above.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised “Last Updated” date. For material changes — such as adding new categories of cookies — we will notify you via email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect.
